Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms govern any project or service booked with Orbit Pixel Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
2. Services
We provide Website Development (business websites, landing pages, e-commerce websites, website SEO) and SaaS Development (MVP development, custom web apps, SaaS product development, API integrations). The exact scope of any project is agreed with you before work begins.
3. Engagement & Payment
Project scope, timeline and payment terms are agreed in writing (including over WhatsApp or email) before work starts. Ad spend for Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns is separate from our service fees and is paid directly to those platforms unless otherwise agreed.
4. Your Responsibilities
To keep a project on schedule, we'll need timely feedback, content (text, images, logins where relevant) and approvals from you at agreed stages.
5. Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final agreed deliverables (such as website files or designs created specifically for you) transfers to you, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We may showcase completed work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.
6. Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Requests that go beyond the original scope may involve an additional cost, which we'll always confirm with you first.
7. Limitation of Liability
We work carefully, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a set number of leads or a particular search ranking), since these depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
8. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Work completed up to that point is payable.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
